Predstavljamo vam hiše Cikava, kjer je nastalo novo, ograjeno naselje s tremi samostojnimi hišami. Zaradi svoje idealne lege ob cesti Ljubljana-Grosuplje tik ob izvozu iz avtoceste nudi odlično izhodišče za stanovalce, ki potrebujejo hitri dostop do Ljubljane. Fasada v svetlih tonih bo obložena s ploščami fasadnega stiropora v debelini 20 cm, kar pomen toplotno izolativnost na najvišji ravni.
Posamezna stanovanjska enota sestoji iz dvoetažnega objekta nadkritega z dvokapnico, usmerjena na prostoren zasebni vrt.
V pritličju so predvideni bivalni prostori:
- kuhinja, jedilnica in dnevna soba ter spremljevalni prostori, kot so predprostor, utility, wc, shramba ter stopniščni dostop do nadstropja.
- izhod na teraso je omogočen na južni strani objekta preko dnevnega prostora in velike panoramske zastekljene površine.
Nadstropje predstavlja:
- spalni del hiše, ki je povezano s spodnjim delom preko stopnišča.
- v nadstropju nosilna konstrukcija omogoča popolno fleksibilnost notranjih predelnih sten med posameznimi prostori.
- možna je različna razporeditev prostorov z dvema ali tremi spalnicami, kopalnico ter kabinetom ali dodatnim dnevnim prostorom.
Na zahodu bo urejena dovozna cesta z opcijsko pokritim parkiriščem za dva avtomobila in lopo. Zasebni vrt bo imel urejene vse zunanje priključke za letno kuhinjo.

Introducing the Cikava houses, where a new, fenced settlement with three detached houses has been created. Due to its ideal location on the Ljubljana-Grosuplje road, just off the motorway exit, it offers an excellent starting point for residents who need quick access to Ljubljana. It is located just 2 km from Grosuplje, where all the necessary public infrastructure is available.
The project, which is already under construction, is designed as an organised unit of three independent residential buildings. The focus is on a comprehensively fenced new neighbourhood with a landscaped common courtyard. This courtyard will be separated from the public access road by automatic sliding gates, which will ensure the security and privacy of the residents and thus increase the quality of living. The path to each house will be asphalted and 5 parking spaces will be available for guests.
Each single-family house is designed as a modern, energy-saving building. The starting point is to build to Extended Construction Phase 3, which means that the exterior of the house will be finished, but the finishing touches will be left to you.

The windows will be fitted with built-in external blinds that can be operated via wall switches, ensuring intimacy and preventing overheating.The light-coloured façade will be clad with 20 cm thick Styrofoam facade panels, which will provide the highest level of thermal insulation.

On the first floor, the load-bearing structure allows complete flexibility of the internal partitions between the individual rooms.
