Kuća je zadržala svoju autentičnost zahvaljujući kamenim zidovima , stropovima s drvenim gredama, stolariji koja je nova, ali u autohtonom stilu, a interijer je opremljen rustikalnim namještajem koji je funkcionalan i savršeno se uklopio.
U prizemlju se uz dnevni dio s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom, nalazi još jedna soba s kupaonicom, toalet i spremište. Do soba na gornjoj etaži ide se vanjskim stepenicama, tu se nalaze tri sobe svaka s kupaonicom.
Na okućnici se uz bazen nalazi i prostrana terasa i mala grill zona. Dio okućnice odvojen je za parking i tu ima mjesta za četiri vozila.

Das Haus hat seine Authentizität dank Steinwänden, Decken mit Holzbalken, Tischlerei, die neu ist, aber in einem autochthonen Stil, und das Interieur ist mit rustikalen Möbeln ausgestattet, die funktional sind und perfekt passen. Im Erdgeschoss, neben dem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essbereich, gibt es ein Zimmer mit Bad, WC und Abstellraum. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind über eine Außentreppe erreichbar, es gibt drei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Im Garten neben dem Pool gibt es auch eine geräumige Terrasse und eine kleine Grillzone. Ein Teil des Gartens ist zum Parken getrennt und es gibt Platz für vier Fahrzeuge. Malerische

The house is completely refurbished in 2018, the current owners breathed new life into the old stone house, overlooking Lake Tribalj. The house has retained its authenticity thanks to stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams, carpentry that is new, but in an autochthonous style, and the interior is equipped with rustic furniture that is functional and fits perfectly. On the ground floor, next to the living area with kitchen and dining area, there is one room with a bathroom, toilet, and storage. Rooms on the upper floor are accessed by external stairs, there are three rooms each with a bathroom. In the garden next to the pool there is also a spacious terrace and a small grill zone. Part of the garden is separated for parking and there is room for four vehicles. Picturesque surroundings, beautiful views of Lake Tribalj and greenery.
