Beram je jedno od naselja s najdužim kontinuitetom naseljenosti u Istri. Istraživanja pretpovijesne nekropole na južnim obroncima Berma pokazala je sa sigurnošću da je ovdje postojalo naselje još u željenom dobu. Stožasti brežuljak ponad plodne doline bio je idealno mjesto za naselje gradinskog tipa, okruženo jednostavnim grubim zidom koji je slijedio konfiguraciju terena. Na ruševinama tih zidina dozidavala su se kasnije rimska utvrđenja i srednjovjekovni kašteli. I danas je u Bermu sačuvan zrakasti raspored ulice utemeljen u neka pradavna vremena.

Beram ist eine der Siedlungen mit der längsten Bevölkerungskontinuität in Istrien. Die Erforschung der prähistorischen Nekropole am Südhang des Berm hat mit Sicherheit gezeigt, dass es hier bereits in der gewünschten Zeit eine Siedlung gab. Der kegelförmige Hügel über dem fruchtbaren Tal war ein idealer Ort für eine burgartige Siedlung, umgeben von einer einfachen rauen Mauer, die der Konfiguration des Geländes folgte. Später wurden auf den Ruinen dieser Mauern römische Befestigungsanlagen und mittelalterliche Burgen errichtet. Noch heute ist in Bermo der radiale Verlauf der in der Antike angelegten Straße erhalten geblieben.
Steinhaus zu verkaufen, Erdgeschoss und erster Stock, im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Taverne, im ersten Stock gibt es Zimmer, aufgrund der Höhe ist es möglich, das Dachgeschoss zu nutzen. Die Grundstücksgröße beträgt 76 m², der Grundriss des Hauses beträgt 35 m².

Beram è uno degli insediamenti con la più lunga continuità di popolazione in Istria. La ricerca della necropoli preistorica sulle pendici meridionali di Berm ha dimostrato con certezza che qui esisteva un insediamento anche nell'era desiderata. Il colle conico sopra la fertile vallata era luogo ideale per un insediamento di tipo castellano, circondato da un semplice muro scabro che seguiva la conformazione del terreno. Successivamente sulle rovine di quelle mura furono costruite fortificazioni romane e castelli medievali. Ancora oggi a Bermo si è conservato il tracciato radiale della via, fondata in tempi antichi.
Vendesi casa in pietra, piano terra e primo piano, al piano terra c'è una taverna, al primo piano ci sono stanze, vista l'altezza è possibile utilizzare il piano sottotetto. La dimensione del terreno è di 76 m², la pianta della casa è di 35 m².
Questa casa unifamiliare si trova proprio nel centro di Beram (nelle vicinanze si trova la famosa chiesa cimiteriale a una navata di Santa Maria a Škrilina, costruita nel XIII secolo. Contiene affreschi di Vincent da Kastvo). Ha tutte le connessioni ed è per un adattamento completo.

Beram is one of the settlements with the longest continuity of population in Istria.
