Na jugoistočnoj obali Istre na mjestu gdje se zeleni brežuljci sastaju s morem, tamo gdje se sjedinjuju priroda i baština, na samo pet kilometara udaljenosti nalaze se dva gradića slične veličine no s različitim ali međusobno nadopunjujućim karakterom - Labin i Rabac.
