U Taru se grade dvije zgrade, planirani dovršetak gradnje je u lipnju 2025. godine.

Stan 11 se nalazi na 2. katu zgrade s liftom. Sastoji se od hodnika, dnevnog boravka, blagovaonice s kuhinjom, dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice i terase. Stanu pripadaju dva parkirna mjesta i spremište. Grijanje je regulirano putem toplotne pumpe (električno podno grijanje) i klimatskim jedinicama.
