Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Wellnessbereich. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Küche mit Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und einen Ausgang zum Hof, wo sich ein Swimmingpool befindet. Im hohen Dachgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Von den Terrassen hat man Seeblick.

Es ist möglich, mit festen Brennstoffen oder mit Klimaanlagen zu heizen, die sich in jedem Raum befinden. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
