Die Wohnzimmer haben elektrische Fußbodenheizung, und die Badezimmer haben separate elektrische Heizungen. Jede Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer sowie eine in jedem Schlafzimmer. Jede der drei Innenklimaanlagen ist mit einer Außeneinheit verbunden.
Das Haus ist an die städtische Wasserversorgung angeschlossen, und das Abwassersystem ist eine Klärgrube. Es ist möglich, separate Zähler für alle Wohnungen zu installieren. Internet- und TV-Installationen wurden durchgeführt. Es gibt insgesamt fünf Parkplätze. Ein Ausgang zur Dachterrasse kann gemacht werden.
