Das Haus besteht aus einem Keller mit einer Garage und einem Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer. Im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei weitere Apartments mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die sehr schön eingerichtet sind. Ottima casa, nuova costruzione, completamente arredata e in funzione di turismo. In linea di principio, una società consolidata viene venduta, con tutte le licenze e contratti con le agenzie. La casa è composta da un seminterrato, che ha un garage e un appartamento con una camera da letto. Al piano terra e al primo piano ci sono altri due appartamenti con due camere da letto, molto ben arredati. Tutti i mobili sono stati accuratamente selezionati e un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato, il raffrescamento è organizzato da condizionatori di qualità. L'accesso alla casa è su due lati, e poiché il giardino è molto confortevole e ben arredato, l'atmosfera è fantastica. All'interno di un bellissimo giardino c'è una piscina, e se qualcuno vuole andare al mare, è possibile, a soli 275 metri dalla casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti numerose strutture turistiche, che, in larga misura, rendono questa località e struttura interessante per molti turisti. Proprietà degna di visita !!
Amazing property in Banjole resort
Excellent and comfortable fully furnished house on a large plot of land is located in the center of the resort village within walking distance from 3 beaches. The house is located in a quiet side street of Banjole, all tourist infrastructure is situated within walking distance.
The house consists of two apartments, ground floor, and adjoining part with a garage and utility rooms. Apartment on the first floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and one bathroom and one toilet (totally 80 sq. meters). Apartment on the second floor consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and one bathroom and one toilet (totally 100 sq. meters). Ground floor consist of 3 rooms with 2,3 meters ceiling and windows with garden view (totally 50 sq. meters, not furnished yet). All the furniture in apartments was carefully selected and special attention was paid to details.
All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with quality air conditioners. Second floor is equipped with central heating. The house has two entrances – one from the main entrance and second from the garden.
The plot has two different entrances from two different side streets of village, this is additional possibilities of property utilization. On the plot we could find private swimming pool (build in 2014), utility house and garden with fruit trees and flowers.
